Disclaimer: We are not responsible for any damages incurred for use of products in a manner for which they were not intended. We also are not responsible for errors and omissions of product statements, intended use, priced wrong etc. and reserve the right to correct those errors at a later date. All Items will be paid for PRIOR to shipping. We do not extend credit. Also See Privacy Policy.

Returns and Refunds:
Returns are available within the first ten days after purchase for exchange or refund for any reason. Shipping costs for delivery and return are your responsibility and those costs will NOT be refunded. Items must be returned in original condition and not worn/used or laundered, in the case of pajamas, t-shirts or bedding.

After 10 days, and up to 30 days, refunds/returns are accepted on a case by case basis. The exception will be for damaged or faulty products. If the package is damaged we recommend your customer refuse delivery. We also require that you file a claim with the postal carrier, or UPS prior to claiming with us.

You must contact us for prior authorization for ALL returns. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

After 30 days all sales are considered final.

Drop shipping Kits: All sales are final . No refunds as they are custom made.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping fees are based on a flat rate table which will be included in your Kit. Additionally, there is no free shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.

Shipping times: Your products will generally ship within 3 business days except for holidays. You may experience a delay of up to 5 days during peak times. Your drop ship kits will ship usually within 10 days, but may take up to 14 days.

Requirements
If you are a U.S. Resident, you must include your business tax license number for each order. For business owners out side of the U.S., no license is required. We drop ship only in the United States, which includes Hawaii and Alaska. Please add $15.00 per order for additional shipping costs to these states.
